This is one of those rare Nepal treks where you get to spend six entire days in a forest. You trek past water bodies, waterfalls and tea houses all within the forest. Added to that is the fact that from the very beginning of the trek Mt. Annapurna South, Mt. Himchuli, Mt. Annapurna III, Mt. Gangapurna and Mt. Fishtail will accompany you, making each and every stop to be picture perfect.
The trek starts with views of the Annapurna range on one side and as you trek further the Dhaulagiri range takes its place. So, simply put this trek is the best of all worlds. Another highlight of this trek is the Kali Ghandaki. Claimed to be the world’s deepest river gorge if measured from the river to the summit, the views here are spectacular.
And last but not the least, Muldai Viewpoint is the viewpoint to watch out for! On reaching Dobato, the third tea house, a 30-minute climb from there will take you to the Muldai viewpoint which is one of the most famous viewpoints in Nepal. From here you get to see 23 famous peaks of the Himalayas out of which three of them are amongst the highest mountain peaks of the world, Mt Dhaulagiri-7th highest, Mt Annapurna-10th highest, Mt Manasalu-8th highest. This is also the only viewpoint from where you will be able to see the complete Annapurna and Dhaulagiri Range.
